The vision of the Archdiocese of Cardiff-Menevia’s Emmaus Youth Mission is to empower all young people to grow towards a spiritually fulfilling life in Jesus Christ.

To help fulfil this vision the youth council has the following aims:

– To acknowledge the voice of young people across Cardiff and Menevia.

– Create opportunities for young people to discover and experience a life of good conduct, love, faith and purity.

– Encourage young people to act as witnesses and aid the Church in its mission.

The Emmaus Youth’s mission and vision is to unite the youth as one community, across the two dioceses, in faith in Christ and to ensure that they feel listened to and empowered to act. The youth of the Catholic Church are the future of the Church and their role as witnesses and people of faith is intrinsic in building the kingdom and spreading the Gospel message.
